Founder and Managing Director
In 2009, Mr. Anand Choksi returned to India from Canada and, like many others, had trouble finding professional services for home searches. Sensing a business opportunity in this fragmented and unorganized real estate sector, he started a real estate consultancy business to offer personalized and tailored solutions to buyers and sellers alike. Initially, Mr. Choksi took a franchise of RE/MAX and later established The Real Estate CONNECT (TREC). Mr. Choksi holds a "Certified Professional Realtor" status, accredited by ACRI (Association of Certified Realtors of India).
Having worked with several multinational and Fortune 500 organizations like AT&T Wireless, Staples Inc., Office Max, and LG Electronics in India and Canada for 14 years, Mr. Choksi has outlined an organized plan for providing 100% customer-centric solutions, transparent and professional services, along with efficient training for aspiring brokers. He has been a visionary in transforming real estate brokerage services since 2009, mentoring over 300 real estate professionals. He has also facilitated numerous high-value transactions with multiple builder tie-ups and exclusive selling rights for various projects in Ahmedabad. TREC has now become a distinguished and recognized brand in the industry.
As a testimony to his outstanding performance in the industry, he has been awarded Best Broker Owner of RE/MAX India several times and also the Best Broker Owner in the entire global network of RE/MAX International. Additionally, he has been recognized as the Realtor of the Year and the Most Enterprising CEO of the real estate industry in Gujarat by Realty Plus, one of the largest real estate publications in the country.
